Shipping and Returns

Orders placed before 1pm AEST are despatched the same business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and Express 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification with a tracking number.

All our products are sent Australia wide using Australia Post with a tracking number.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for standard postage and $15 for express postage on all orders except where the Yoga Bundle is purchased. 

Due to it's weight, the Yoga Bundle will be sent out via standard postage for a fee of $20.

For international postage, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that in our endeavours to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of single use plastics, most of our products are not protected with plastic and therefore you may find some scuffing on the removable product label

30 Day Easy Returns

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Rest and Digest. 

If you have changed your mind, you can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.Return shipping is at customer's expense. 

Faulty items are still eligible for a full refund or replacement as per Australian Consumer Law.
